I like that idea. But more than that, the agencies which currently occupy the Portland Courthouse should (to the greatest extent possible) evacuate and move their offices to Eugene/Salem, maybe some where in Clackamas if they can find appropriate office space.

The feds should electrify the fence. Problem solved.
