The post-GWB GOP doesn't care one iota about Christians or Christianity. They're all about wealth, the rich, and making sure they see more and more of our money. You'll see lip service involving abortion to keep Christians on board, but that's it.

They're giving lip service rather than being openly antagonistic. It's a game of good cop/bad cop.
If you want to have a chance at hitting back culturally, the GOP in its current incarnation needs to die.
