What is the reason?

No reason given but the game is not completely canceled. I assume since there's a open date with the IU game just moving the season down the line to give some time. Fall camp is not starting tomorrow...not starting till we know date of first game

Possibly/ probably this would move the season opener to Sept. 19th. Could start practice 2-3 weeks later than originally planned. Gives WKU time and options. Also still have one open date left on Oct. 24th.

Official: WKU at UL on Sat, Sep 12 at Cardinal Stadium. In-state game is now our season opener.
