AAC Scheduling Preference Poll...cuz MORE POLLS!
Hypothetically, if the remaining P5's (SEC/B12/ACC kind of) decide to do a conference-only schedule, or even some hybrid nonsense where they do a conference schedule plus one OOC that that isn't us (pretty much we lose our P5 OOC games), would you prefer to keep your current slate, go conference only and increase the number of games, or do a hybrid conference slate plus one G4?

I read that article, and that would be the best case scenario, but not holding my breath.

Either way, was more just curious whether fans in this conference would value an additional conference game over a G4 OOC game, as I'm sure it spans the spectrum based on your team, the opponents, etc.

Can a vote of no confidence on Aresco be an option?

With all the other P6 conference going conference only, I would prefer to play 8+2 G4. If we add conference games we are no better than other P6 confs.

For UCF I could see keeping 8 and adding FAU along with FIU.

I voted for play current remaining schedule, but based on what the ACC and others look to be doing, we will probably wind up doing 10 conference (round-robin) plus 1 OOC for 11 total + possible CCG. If not CCG, just take highest record and/or Co-champs for a tie.

Probably doing this since they have to start paying out this new AAC TV contract and want additional attractive games to fill the schedule.

Or maybe they would like to see Navy play Notre Dame or SMU play TCU or ECU play VT or Houston vs Oklahoma. Just guessing.

VT would set their stadium on fire and file an insurance claim before they get that series going again. I’d settle with keeping SC on the schedule.
