RE: NCAA to vote on whether to cancel fall sports championships or not today 7/24/2020
There is nothing that could happen between now and August 4th that would help the NCAA make a better decision. I think they are just hoping that something will make it politically easier to decide to cancel.

Are going to feel the same when they get the flu?
Yeah some are getting it but they have no symptoms and if they are have recovered. They aren’t at risk.
I think David is slightly over exaggerating and MWC is downplaying the effects of COVID-19.
All I will say is there are some who should not have been at risk that have died from the virus.

Agreed. And it wouldn’t surprise me if they wait for a pro league to cancel or postpone. It was like the NBA ushered the closure for all spring and remaining winter sports.
Then again, with so many schools and conferences shutting it down, this does make the P5 and NCAA look more foolish. Like, even if they do suck, if the Ivy isn’t messing with this stuff, neither should big statey.
