Disturbing.

You can't fight racism with racism.

Combine this with how Black Lives Matter is ignoring prison/slave labor in China (while accepting $ from companies like NIKE that profit from it) and you have a conflicted organization.

Still waiting to see a thread where someone is upset about racism, rather than anti-racism. Not gonna hold my breath. The guys who shot Breona Taylor in her own house are still free. These "painful reckonings" are a lot less painful than that simple fact. The police should stop killing people.

The people that are responsible for the murders of
almost 400 black people in Chicago this year are also on the loose. 1,000 people are fatally shot annually by police. 23% are black and the majority are armed. 27 armed attacks on Officers occur daily. That's almost
10,000 a year. They occur in areas that are heavily
policed because more crimes occur there.
In many cases now more Minority Officers patrol
those beats and the City governments are headed
by Minority Officials. Can the Police be trained to do j
a better job-yes. Is the big problem the Police? -no.
BLM is about Police, not about Black Lives. Just ask Don Lemon.

Yeah you guys are probably right about racism not being a problem. Much ado about nothing, I realize now. Probably millions have been in the streets because they're just bored of sitting at home. The real problem in the USA is that sometimes people get too upset about stuff! And yeah! The murder rate is high in Chicago! That means we should not care very much about police killing people and getting away with it. Some people might describe that as a "textbook non sequitur meant to distract from demands for structural changes", but I see it as a serious and cogent argument!

"The presence of racism is an undeniable fact"....

PS Coleman's parents probably should have checked with you before naming him....

No can you explain the “his parents should have checked with you” dig. I remember a straw man you constructed around naming, but I thought I made it clear that it was ridiculous?

What was the "straw man" I constructed?
