Sorry but no. These are rioters. The Portland police even announced to the rioters that this had now been declared a riot. Then they 'encouraged' them to leave, saying that anybody that remains risks arrest. Not that it worried Antifa types because they know that their feckless city leadership will cut them all loose and drop charges.

Of course, the media leaves all of that out of their breathless stories. Context matters.

That doesn't matter. If they are a member of ANTIFA, they are a member of a terrorist organization, and if they are, they can be detained - indefinitely - without charges - outside the normal legal system.

It's funny that these leftist who want to destroy the Constitution are now suddenly concerned about their constitutional rights.
