The University System of Georgia capped athletic subsidies at 65% for both Georgia Southern and Georgia State. The policy also states that athletic expenses can't grow more than 5% per year. Georgia State is in violation of both.

I hate how COVID-19 ruined everything because I would have loved to see how Hancock Whitney Stadium changed the dynamics for USA.

Well to be fair. The first is completely understandable and State needs to take more responsibility for it's burden - but I think the argument can be made they are making long term investments.

For the second point- the USG can eat cake. Anything that has exemptions for favorites is bs.
