Maybe we'll call Andrew Senator Geary. Or Don Fanucci. Or Carlo Rizzi.

If Tapper would call out the BS on both sides he could grab a whole new audience.

We need anchors/hosts who will do that.

Unlike a lot of lefties, I think Tapper does feel some responsibility to actually try to be fair and decent. The problem is that he struggles to recognize and to overcome his bias all too often.

To his credit, although he doesn't call Acosta out by name, Tapper actually spoke up today defending McEnany against a fake news report being pushed by Acosta and others like the Daily Beast (and picked up by Drudge btw) alleging that she/Trump wants to ignore "science" and to open the schools. Of course, the reality is she was saying the exact opposite (i.e. the science supports opening the schools so that's not a hurdle) but that didn't make Acosta's version of the clip or quote.
