No problem.i got my problem fixed.turns out I needed stronger eyeglasses.just to let you know I hope no one has to ever go through that type of headaches.i felt like my head was going to explode.it was a simple fix.feeling much better.thank you.go monarchs

Glad it was an easy fix!

Eyes strain will do that every time. For us office/technology career folks that's some universaAndl tips.

• Every 45 minutes get up and look away from the screen and focus on something distant and stay focused on it for a min. Then back. repeat that a few times. Keeps your eyes from straining so hard in 1 position.
• Keep the lights on. Don't sit in the dark while staring at a screen for long, causes eye strain as well.
• Turn on the windows evening mode so it changes the lighting for evening viewing.
• You can also right click the desktop and go to display properties and change the Size and Text from 100 to 125 or 150% to make things a bit easier on the eyes.
  

And I feel ya. I had chronic migraines as a kid. Brutal stuff.
