"Gender dysphoria, the acute discomfort in one’s biological sex, was, until about five years ago, extremely rare. It was diagnosed in less than 0.01 per cent of the population. It hooks into contemporary youngsters’ need to establish a social identity and have it affirmed. Indeed, such is the power of online trans influencers that it is surely no coincidence that, as Shrier puts it, ‘over 65 per cent of teens had increased their social-media use and time spent online immediately prior to their announcement of transgender identity’...."

Gender norms are basically sociological in nature. As society changes so do those.

Gender equity is a thing and honestly when the same job is being performed its hard to argue a certain gender should be paid more or less.

However, for a lot of things there are baseline facts in regards to man vs. woman. And this will come up with mens vs. womens sports in terms of same gender vs. coed play. Something can also be said for physical requirements for performing certain jobs.

I think that basically, if you are in that statistical category of having both sets of parts, then yeah, you will have some physical and psychological issues to work out and I wouldn't even be upset if you did.

Greater acceptance of trans issues leading to increased willingness to come forward as trans and seek mental/medical therapy.

What scares me most about the whole Tranny gender fluid movement, sooner or later a physical male is going to self identify as a "woman" and demand to be assigned to woman's dorm. Lord help the girl/woman who objects.
