If no 2020 season, what happens with CFP

If no 2020 season, what happens with CFP
Lets say there is no 2020 season at all..

Does 2021 just remain as is, or do they have Rose/Sugar move to hosting the semifinals? Also, do they extend the current thing by 1 year and just back everything out?

My guess is that the contract will only be extended by 1 year if all the parties sign an amendment saying so. I'm not sure if changes to the contract require the signature of everyone, a majority, or what have you. Any such amendment would likely clarify how the extension would affect each of the remaining years.
