Nope. No way in hell is ODU going to crack the top five in CUSA this year, if we suit up.

UAB, maybe. But our top five should look like this.

1. WKU
2. UNT
3. Charlotte
4. Marshall
5. UTEP

Those teams look real nice on paper. If we play this year, I think we could get two teams in the tourney.

And ODU fans, realize before you retort, those top five teams I mentioned also bring back a ton of talent, just like you.

In fact, Marshall brings back nearly their entire team, and add a couple key pieces.

UTEP probably has the CUSA POY, Charlotte brings back a nice core, UNT as well.

And WKU is WKU. They should contend and be the flagship.

Well, two of the teams in your Top 5 didn't make College Sports Madness's Top 144, or CUSA's Top 5. Who do you think those two teams might be? Probably not WKU or UNT.

I believe this will be hands down Stansbury's best team at WKU.

Sure fire sign that there will not be a season. Sigh.

I am not getting excited for WKU -- Stansbury has underperformed every season (for many reasons in and out of his control.)

True, WKU will have the most talented team once again this coming season in C-USA. However, the most talented team does not always win. If that were the case, either Kentucky or Duke would have won the last 10 National Championships.
