Again, Covid’s existence doesn’t determine its use. It was a tool of opportunity. Is there evidence Spain used and spread it to the disadvantage of its adversaries?

The black plague has never been eradicated, and there are thousands of cases worldwide each year. It's just incredibly easy to treat.
