Hong Kong. Who cares!

Communism which follows Socialsm.
China signed the agreement guaranteeing Hong Kong’s freedom‘s as established in treaty through 2047.
In the spring of Covid China simply wiped away the agreement. Why would anyone trust even a signed agreement with them in the future?

I'm surprised it lasted 20 years, frankly. And when they have the #2 economy in the world, no one's going to do anything outside of a slap on the wrist. It's not about trust, it's about money.

So true!
That's why neither LeBron James or Colin Kaepernik have spoken-out about the horrific injustice and police brutality in Hong Kong, by China. They are making too much $ off Nike products that feature their names and images. It has been proven that these, and other Nike products, are produced by slave labor in China.
Did you note how Nike quickly pulled Houston Rockets merchandise off the shelves after an obscure assistant general manager with the Rockets tweeted support for Hong Kong demonstrators? James accused him of being "misinformed and uneducated."
Several governmental leaders in China demanded the assistant GM be fired for that tweet. Silence from Kap, who often says "Silence is Violence."
