Ole Miss wants a Win and doesn't want to pay the big check to get it.

So their fans looked down their noses and said they should never play Memphis unless it’s occasionally in Oxford. The argument was that we are so beneath them, that it’s a lose/ lose situation. Win and it means nothing, lose and it’s a devastating loss. Now they go out and schedule H/H with South Alabama and Charlotte??? Lol

Maybe Kiffin is angling for a job with the Carolina Panthers

They did this before. The script is to stop the series by saying they get little from it, and they want more big-time games, and fans want national games. Then they schedule these games.

Ole Miss has a history of doing this kind of thing. Under Tuberville they decided not to play the Tigers because they said they were upgrading their sked. But then added Idaho State. It was just another dodge.

Solidifies what most of us have been saying for several years now- Ole Miss is completely irrelevant. The ONLY reason people will even care about them temporarily is Kiffin. They aren't really even a has-been program, more like a "never was" that thought they were something.
