I went to 3 stores and spent lots of time on the beach yesterday (in NC) and nobody said a word.

That's an article about someone in Oregon.

The guy has medical issues with breathing, and they were serious enough that he was medically discharged from the Army for it a decade ago. Around here, they've explicitly said that such people do not have to comply with mask requirements.
