Simulated seasons against other conferences
Just ran across this from Versus Sports Simulator.

https://www.versussportssimulator.com/CF...i%20Valley

You can get simulated results for your team against any other conference. In the page linked above I have JMU in the MVC. The simulator has the Dukes going undefeated with last years stats.

Ha! Love that. Good find. Despite what Dukester thinks, I believe the MVC is much overrated. Outside of NDSU, I believe the other top tier MVC teams would be in the middle of the pack in the CAA.

And, just wow! We go 10-4 in the ACC? Really?

12-0 in the MAC? Sweet!

2-8 in the Big 12? One of our wins is against WVU, though.

6-6 in the AAC, losing to SMU and Tulane? I don't think so.

Against FBS indies, we go 5-1, losing only to Notre Dame.

8-2 in the Sun Belt behind Ape State and Louisiana Lafayette.

14-0 in CUSA!

14-0 in the Big Sky. Of course!

Damn, we are good!

Solid Simulator - has JMU beating NDSU. 03-lmfao

Not as much last year as prior years, but even last year I believe the #2 and #3 teams in the MVC were better than CAA #2 and #3.

SDSU > VU
NI > Albany

It those two games happened the two MVC teams would be favored.

Last year was the weakest MVC I recall since NDSU starting dominating FCS. The two conferences were certainly closer than prior years, but more so to an off year by the MVC

Posters tend to see what they want to see. I see these results as a big flashing sign that JMU does not belong in the fcs. Decline is not acceptable and yeat after year of either winning the nc or losing to ndsu in the nc can only work for so long

I'm of the thinking now where if we dont win the NC it's a disappointing season. At this point a semifinal appearance should be expected no matter who is lost from the year before.

People expected NDSU last year to be down and they turn in arguably the best FCS season in history. I expect the same from JMU and the reloading process

2 wins against the SEC (Vandy & Arkansas)

Also has us going 9-0 against the ODAC. Unscored upon as well. Averaging 80 pts. per game. Did struggle a bit with Bridgewater though, only winning 56-0.

It’s a rivalry game. You can throw out the records when the Dukes play BC.
