Thanks for voting in the week 4 poll, next up is week 5 vs. UTSA. When I started this thread UAB had outvoted USA 31-0 so we're all feeling good about that pick despite how cautious the comments seemed.

With everything going on, can we just run this with the assumption that the season is going to happen as usual? Most of us probably realize that things are going to be different (or if they even happen at all) this season, but this should still be a fun way to look at how we think/thought the season will shake out.

This one seems tough to predict. I don't know how much turnover UTSA has had but they're always a talented team but have a tough time putting it together. A few years ago they had that awesome defense, and then their DC immediately got scooped up. And skimming through their new coach's wiki page, it looks like they've basically hired Frank Wilson round 2.

My prediction: UAB 20 - UTSA 10

I think this is a home game. We went to SA last year.

Yes. We go to Rice and UTEP this year. We have UNT and UTSA at home.

Shouldn’t be an issue for us then. It would’ve been odd playing in that arena if it was empty.

We are going to catch the Roadrunners and they’ll be through.
