This is more than a nice article on Geno---this is a great article. Well written---obviously Ben Pfiefer did his homework on this one. Facts. Names. Quotes. Awesome.

And a little credit to Monty here---if Geno was playing AAU ball and he only had one offer----Monty saw something nobody else did in what is a showcase for all players.

I don't know....I probably don't even think that Geno is NBA material, but nobody can deny his work ethic on the court, seemingly 24 hours a day.

Why is it that Geno never got the love of NIU fans?

I remember a couple years ago, I attended the game when NIU played at Marquette. Geno was the best player on the floor. He totally out played Markus Howard who was First Team Big East and a couple inches taller than Geno.
