The article talks as if the game is on but doesn't explicitly say the game is still on. In other words, they don't know. Who does? NCAA has ruled only that practices can begin.

Open the article in "Incognito Mode" or "Private Mode" or a similar name depending on your browser.

OR, another trick I recently learned for a lot of paywall sites - put a period after .com. So Toledoblade.com./sports/ut....
