Duhhh. The NCAA knew all of this before hand yet not only cleared him, but allowed him to play the entire season.

The case that the agent is making against Zion Williamson is going to make for a great drama, assuming it ever makes it to trial!

Zion sued to invalidate his contract with Prime Marketing Sports so he could sign with CAA. He cites PMS not being in compliance with North Carolina laws to protect amateur athletes. PMS claims that Zion was ineligible to play at Duke due to receiving impermissible benefits, and thus was effectively paid to play at Duke, so he was not an amateur. Therefore, the law doesn't apply.
