There is nothing systemically wrong with the USA. Not racial injustice. That was gone long ago. Not class warfare. That’s ancient history. This is a super great country. It’s good to anyone who is willing to acquire human capital in the form of education as lawyer, doctor, plumber, or electrician. If there is a problem, it’s the looters, murderers, and arsonists, and their pals in the media.

I totally agree. But the underlying issue here is that the left is trying to make criminal activity impossible to talk about without the "Race" element coming into it because all statistical data proves that the vast majority of violent crime is committed by young black males between 15 and 30. And everyone needs to remember that these criminals are still the minority of young black males. But you can't have the influence of Maoist Communism without racial tension and the damned Globalists who own the MSM play into it to appease the Chinese in hopes of keeping their markets and the infrastructure they willingly built for China which they know will be nationalized if trade doesn't improve in favor of the Chinese. So they are the bastards selling us out and making Chinese racial propaganda possible. The left leaning congressmen and women (bought by Globalist PAC money) have made sure the bureaucracy was filled with them, particularly in education. None of these people fear that these laws will apply to them because they are gated and guarded community privileged who don't have to live with and interact with the affected.
Modern whites are probably less racist than at anytime in my life. They certainly haven't held anyone back. That they should feel apologetic is disgusting. What we need is a nation of productive people all who feel secure enough within themselves to exercise daily judgment that involve a sense of morality and independent thought.
Liberationist thought assumes that there must be a victim and there must be an oppressor. The media is trying to convince us that this is so in the only nation that is supposed to see everyone equal under the law. This is precisely why Obama era "Hate Crimes" were designed to be a trigger for revolution. When simply being accused of being a "hater" gets one mobbed on social media, or standing for your individual rights permits a mob to label and beat you in public the injustices then fall on the targeted majority. From that point there are no equal rights under the law because one group has become more protected than another and blind justice now sees color. There's the fuel for wider spread violence.
We need to repeal "Hate Crimes" because they serve no purpose. A murder is a murder and the motive is irrelevant as long as there is one it is a capital crime. It doesn't get worse than that. "Hate Crimes" were an intentional tool to lessen the rights of one group and to provide cover for another. For a racist hate is a motive for murder. But that makes him or her a murderer whether the motive was robbery and involved killing the victim or racism and involved killing the victim. You still have a murdered innocent victim and you still have a murderer. Jealousy, greed, rage, hate, etc. are just motives. The rights of the accused should not change and the punishment should be the same, death IMO, if you deliberately kill somebody for any of those motives. I'd even add in rape but I'm old fashioned.
The "Hate Crimes" bill was as deliberate setup by a leftist president designed to diminish the rights of the accused and deny them the same due process and equivalent penalty for other such crimes, murder. It was set up for more racial tension, not less, and he knew it having been well schooled in Liberationist Ideology. And when blacks are prosecuted for hate crimes where whites are murdered for no other reason than being white, and this happens, I might see some merit in this line of thinking, but not simply as a motive as the crime is still the same.
