Yep

Those cops should be in prison for a long long long time.

I talked to a retired University of Memphis law professor friend of mine. He said those cops are screwed. He said the state and the feds will both prosecute them, and double jeopardy won't apply.

Do you have a video where the other 3 cops committed a crime? If its in the video in post #1 point out at what time. I didnt see it.

Civil rights is the only thing the feds can charge them with and from what I saw I did not see those 3 cops violating anyone's civil rights

Like I said, he’ll go down as a martyr as Minneapolis is currently being burned to the ground for pure selfishness. I got me a new flat screen tv and ps4 in Floyd’s name

BEYOND A REASONABLE DOUBT
Oh I don't know! The man is in cuffs and fully immobile. The officers life is not threatened or endangered at all. As a matter of fact the officer is so relaxed that his hands are just resting on his legs. I mean come on, man! Do you really not see the issue with what's going on? If the officer was alone and unable to cuff the man then that would be a time to restrain him this way. He almost looks to be posing for the people looking on.

I fully support the blue, but this is ridiculous.

I'm sure the jury will laugh if the defense's case is "you cant find them guilty... you weren't there to see it!"

Laughable pathetic troll defense. Theres a 7 minute video of horrific behavior. It speaks for itself.

That was one of the most disturbing videos I have ever seen. The man was cuffed and already on the ground and was not resisting in any way.

I think this one is as or more disturbing. A couple feet to safety and he reaches down to keep his pants from falling off. Begging, dont shoot me. The cop was charged but found not guilty

Cant find the video showing it but look it up

edit: here it is

Yeah, that’s horrifying. The cop almost was ******* with him having him go up then down. And they were telling him they’d shoot him almost off the bad. Guy was clearly distraught. Shameful

Just so we are clear here you have watched the video and are willing to stand by the opinion the officer did no wrong? Just making sure I understand your position.

3rd degree murder is in effect at Minnesota.
Depraved-heart murder.
This officer should be very concerned.

Yes he should if that was not his training. If it was he will walk just the cop did in the shooting of Daniel Shaver. I'm in no way taking the cops side on this but if we are strictly going by the law. It's very hard to convict a cop if they are going by what they are trained to do. That is what this case will come down to....

if its by the law and not emotion

No excuse for the cop staying on him for that long. New video shows him cuffed and being stood up and walked toward the police car, but stops there. Something happened, don't know if he tried to fight getting put in the car, but something happened to start it.

Nothing says Social Justice like looting your local department store. You can bet your ass they didn’t touch the work boots.

Minorities and Rich White kids using the senseless death of another black man to tear up their community and thieve.

These so-called woke clowns are doing nothing to bring justice for George Floyd.

They want to go home at the end of the day just like everyone else. They're forced to not only be an officer of the court, but in a few unfortunate cases become Judge and Jury. The actions they have to take due to the circumstances can result in DEATH. Here's a hint, if a cop (officer of the court) gives you an order, FOLLOW IT, don't escalate the situation, let a real judge prove you right and the cop will lose their job and you live.

I understand the challenges cops face and know that of the millions of patrolmen in the US that these incidents are statistically rare. Wanting to get back home is one thing but it’s seems that compliance (to include forceful) is not enough.

First off I'm not a person that think cops are always correct. I know they beat people and set people up...some of them.

but i'm calling bullcrap on the part in bold and asking you to back it up with any facts. If anything I would guess 95+% of all deaths attributed the police are justified. And a weapon/gun was involved by the person who got killed
[/quote]

Your request used to be a lot easier when before the FBI started obfuscating the stats. News reports can’t be trusted either. But it’s clear that non compliance is a major factor. I’ll see what I can do.
