ncaa waives some FBS rules

NCAA announces a series of rules waivers due to pandemic:
--Minimum football attendance requirement for FBS members waived for two years.
--FBS schools will not be required to play 60% of their games against FBS members or play five home games against FBS opponents

First rule seemed inevitable, since the chances of full capacity football this season is probably nil.
Second might be setting the stage for shortened/conference-only schedules.

Yeah 2nd rule seems like it’s in case a handful of states don’t open and programs have to scramble to get last minute games. Looking at Arizona, ASU, Utah & Colorado while the rest of the Pac12 is locked down.
