Mentioned Spencer Brown has lost weight and is in the best shape he has ever been.. now weighs 219... also said Thomas Johnston was also on the best shape too..

219 sounds much better than 240

That should be a good thing, but hopefully he doesn't lose his mojo like Vaden did when he dropped weight.

That mojo seemed a bit hard for Spencer to find last year. Holes were narrow and quick to collapse. Maybe he finds it again behind Telfort. Do we know if Telfort the juco tackle got in?

He’s not on the roster unfortunately
