Yeah--but if you use the Tenn. betting sites---you will have to lay 125 to win 100----drive to Tunica or Arkansas and lay 110

Yeah, but if the line made a big jump between Tuesday and Thursday you could win both side and only lose between 20 and 50 $s!

TN killed sports betting before it even became legal. Just wants the money from site operators. It’s a shame.
I have to continue using my bookie I guess.

All you said is true. They want the 750k per year and 20% tax from DK/FD and other sites. They really couldn't care less if one bet is placed. They don't want to undermine their precious lottery. DK/FD and the sites are fools to come here under that 10% hold. People-- like you said-- will just continue to use the local bookie---or 5dimes---or just drive to casinos to get a real line.

Do you think the Money Line will drastically increase as well? Memphis football didn't do the best at covering their opponents, but we could've made some money on the money line..

Yes, everything will have to be weighted toward the house making more money.
DK/FD were throwing money at new users to get the sign up. There would probably be some free bet promotions on launch but now I doubt we see those.
In addition, with multiple books, you could do some at least some line shopping. That is out the door now.
Hopefully, someone comes to their senses.

8-6 against the spread this season is not bad. Not the best, but a money maker.

That's 57%. I don't know the percentage on the number to make profit when it comes to -110 bets, but it's not much money at all. If it the bets were -125, then I doubt you'll be able to make profit going 8-6.
