She is a minor..by age and said something stupid...so we let it slide. If 18 and and a adult would it be different? I get amused at lots of stuff surrounding "legal" age issues.

If the teenage son of some GOP member of congress said something bad about illegal immigrants or minorities there's zero chance they don't suspect it's some reflection of what that particular member of congress believes or says in private.

It's easy to spout crap like this from the comfort and privilege of her mothers position. If she'd been born and raised in Somalia she'd likely have at least a different perspective. She'd likely still have an intense hatred of America but it would be rooted in a different foundation. Likely one in which the men in her life would slap the ideology into her head while telling her what to believe, or else. She'd be worth no more than cattle, goats or any other livestock possessions.
