Woke left attacks rule of law
https://www.nationalreview.com/bench-mem...le-of-law/
"Ever since Donald Trump’s election, liberal judges have aligned themselves with the political “resistance,” holding this administration to a different standard from its predecessors. As I have written before, we have seen this trend from the unprecedented proliferation of nationwide injunctions in the lower courts to the political behavior of Supreme Court justices. And that is not to mention the abomination that the Left has made of the judicial nomination process...."
Good discussion of how the FBI abuses are mirrored by sitting judges.

RE: Woke left attacks rule of law
The good news is that Breyer and Kagan, while very liberal, do still believe in the rule of law. Even Ginsburg sometimes does. The only Supreme Court judge who is a complete joke is Sotomayor, a not very wise Latina.

Turley along the same lines:
"...Yet none of this matters. A Democratic administration using a secret court to investigate the opposing political campaign does not matter to many in Congress or in the media anyway. An investigation continuing despite the lack of credible information supporting collusion does not matter to them either. A president and a vice president who take personal interest in the surveillance of their political opponents also does not matter.
There was a time, however, when all of this did matter. There was once a time when this would be viewed as the story of the century, including the unmasking of Biden himself in this investigation. But these are not those times, and this cannot be the story. Russian collusion is the story and, as Biden stressed, the rest is just a diversion. It is up to the public to decide who has been ultimately unmasked by the Flynn investigation."

What this would have been seen as in our not too recent past, is the depth of socialistic and totalitarian influence within the ranks of our bureaucracy in which the free exchange of ideas and the rule of law was no longer tolerated when it opposed a political objective of a minority who accessed power by appointment and hire, instead of election.
The fact that there is no outrage being expressed points to how a very small cadre of super wealthy control what was once a free press and misuse their power to further their profits, ala the whole China trade fiasco as it is linked to COVID19.
These people, all of them, are enemies of the Constitution of the United States of America and enemies of our way of life. But because they are in government, or work for government, they evade the obvious conclusion of their status as domestic enemies of the Constitution.
The fact that the public doesn't show enough outrage to force positive action against them is mute testimony to the degree that education has been used to dull American awareness to what constitutes a move against our way of life.
What all of it should be is a cold wet rag in the face of the American people to get us to wake up and react before its too late. The sad reality to me is that as a whole we are too dull and too lazy, and too disconnected in our relationships with our representatives to respond appropriately

And there is not a single honest elected Democrat in DC. Not one. Not sure there is a single honest Democratic governor.
There are plenty of Republicans who have acknowledged when DJT goes too far with his mouth.
