Trump vows to take on Radical tech
https://www.msn.com/en-us/money/other/tr...r-BB14aTdJ

"President Donald Trump accused Facebook Inc, Twitter Inc and Alphabet Inc’s Google of being controlled by the “Radical Left” and said that his administration is working to remedy what he called an “illegal situation."

In a tweet that also mentions the Facebook-owned Instagram, the U.S. president commented on a clip by conservative blogger Michelle Malkin lambasting the so-called deplatforming of conservative voices by technology companies. Trump didn’t elaborate on potential measures targeting the tech giants...."

I think Google with their control over advertising and search is a pretty easy anti-trust target. Twitter and Facebook are not so obviously vulnerable. Maybe they could argue collusion, forcing Instagram to be spun off. The way they attack the same conservatives in lock-step is much like the price fixing case with airlines where one announces increases and the rest follow almost immediately. But on speech, its a bigger pull to use anti-trust than it is on business issues like advertising.

I'll believe it when I see it. Every 3 months or so, he tweets that he's "monitoring the situation" and never does anything.

We also haven't heard from Josh Hawley in a while.
