It is a petty, unsportsmanlike, counterproductive, and idiotic action sullying the Bearcat program. It hinders the Tigers only an iota and in the exchange fuels more motivation.

No, it isn't. You guys are big meanies and have sore tails b/c we beat you 2 weeks in a row last year for the AAC CC and the Cotton Bowl berth. 03-lmfao

Why not offer the Tigers an earlier walk through time - perhaps before the Cincy practice? A 5:30pm walk through for a 11:00 am next day game is a de facto denial of any walk through - a situation known or should have been known by the Cincy AD.

Or Memphis could just figure out a better solution, like every other team the last 5 years

What did UCF do under the same scenario?

UC held their walkthrough for SMU this past week on top of a parking garage. One of many over the past number of years UC has done on the road. Walkthroughs are basically a procedural joke. Rarely does the scheduling work out and when it does, teams basically look at the locker room and walk around the field for a few minutes. Some teams don't even bother to do it.

It's not like UC is using the field and not letting Memphis. I'm at a loss on this one.

This is literally the dumbest and most whiny story I've heard about in a long while. And that's saying something. Who is the beat writer who has his panties in a wad about this?

The one who gripes about everything all the time, negative and positive. He drives a lot of Memphis fans batty.

He forgot to mention that UC offered their practice field at 5:30pm, and Memphis said that was apparently too late for them. This has been the case for 5 years and Memphis is the first to complain, so yeah, it is a whiny ass story 03-lmfao

Yikes! Out of 10 games in two weeks, we're going to have a total of 5 games on espn+ with possible 2 games on espnu and only 2 games on ESPN/2 and thanks to Navy one on CBSSN. I'm not to comfortable with that. Maybe it's just me but it seems like we're getting thrown on ESPN + more than I thought we would. In my mind I guess I thought it was going to be a place to put low viewership teams like Tulsa and etc with the occasional good game sacrifice to boost subscriptions. I have espn+ but I'd feel much better about it it the conference had negotiated for a piece of that pie. 07-coffee307-coffee3

For the 7th/14th, I think you might have missed the Friday night ESPN2 game. That makes the tally 5 on the plus, 1 ESPN, 2 ESPN2, 1 2/U, 1 U, 1 CBSSN.

For the season, both to date and those already determined ahead of time, I count 13 on ESPN + but 21 on ABC/ESPN/ESPN2 plus t
wo more on ESPNU and three Navy tier games on CBSSN.

The contract calls for 40 games on ABC/ESPN/ESPN2, with at least 20 of those on ABC/ESPN/ESPN2. With 11 teams that leaves 22 for ESPN+ before COVID19 hit.
We're ALREADY ahead of the contract on games on the top tier.

My thought was that it would be kind of like EPL on Peacock. You put the garbage games on it, like FCS in normal years, and every team basically has to suck it up and have one "subscriber boost" game on there.

Now, with multiple teams having multiple games on it, I'm getting a little worried. My hope is that, when we get back to normal seasons, our FCS slate will help fill whatever minimum ESPN wants us at, and less conference games end up on it.
