Chasing someone down for property crime and killing them in the street is a crime, but I think this trial is going to show there was a history of animosity between parties.

After he was cornered by people aiming guns at him he charged which I'm damn sure anyone who didn't have a gun themselves would do. Arbery was never convicted of a crime, and the defense may try to provide evidence he was committing a crime. But I don't know of a law that allows you to kill someone to protect someone elses property.

I'll say that I think the difference between the two situations is glaringly obvious. Kyle should never have been charge whereas these guys should have been.
