Face covering requirements at football games?
Assuming that we will have a football season, I am guessing that face coverings may be required or at least encouraged. I don’t have a problem with it either way but, if it is required, I would like one with a dragon logo. Does anyone know where these might be purchased?

I checked the website. I didn’t find a listing. However, it seems that some enterprising individuals would make these available.

I would hope UAB athletics wouldn't be in the business of instructing people what to do like Dr Saag apparently is.

If you have a UAB bandana, then use it as a mask.

Why are you the way you are?

The original statement/question just asked about face coverings. No one is trying to dictate a specific covering. You know there is a political board for you to post on?

You’re an idiot, just in case you didn’t know

Please guy

post your right wing conspiracy theories on the political board please. I stand by my statement about blazerman.

Agree 100%. The political jabs are getting very old. For the most part that's always been left at the door to this place. Seems to be ever encroaching these days.

Here is a photo of an undetermined Georgia Tech home game during the 1918 college football season. That's when the sport was hit by the Spanish flu and the end of World War I. The photo was taken by a student, Thomas Carter. It was provided by Georgia Tech alumnus Andy McNeal.

Doubt we'll be sitting that close together but yeah, barring a big 2nd wave, we playing.

They better be ready to write 20000 tickets or supply the masks as you drive into the lot.

Do the moderators have any plans for cleaning up these target posters?
If not let us know & we will be glad to move on.
The AUP rules are getting severely violated & I reported the misuse as a glad little citizen of the board.

I think they're out there not sure where & I'm sure there's both official & unofficial versions. I heard from my boss that UAB was getting him some kind of mask & it has UAB logo on it. He & I have to go in about once a week & he's in one of the main covid19/critical groups UAB setup for disasters.

Violations have been dealt with, including yours for discussing moderation publicly on the board. I see no "reported" posts alert. Did you use the report button at the bottom of the post?

You bring it on yourself, your schtick is getting old. Sometimes I agree/sometimes not, but the constant droning is becoming tiresome.

You're a moron. Dr. Saag is not only a renowned infectious disease Dr. and virologist, he has actually had Covid-19. He knows more about this disease than you ever will. Inject some Lysol and you'll be fine, right?

Jesus.

If we have a football season, and if I choose to attend games, I will wear a mask. If you're in crowds you're an idiot if you don't, or you just like playing Covid roulette.

You can get a mask made from a UAB bandanna if you have one, or you can get a UAB patch and sew it onto the mask.

Amen. I don't come to blazertalk to read political comments. There's plenty of that in every other form of media.

Don’t act like there ain’t room for political stuff on here, just depends which way somebody leans on whether or not they can have a voice.

We all love UAB but only a few have so much pride in that degree that they can’t see UABs got doctors trying to be activists.

The money is in remdesivir and that’s what this has been all about in regards to UAB. Knowing that the alternative is cheap af and largely effective and successful.

Don’t let TDS get in the way of seeing that.
