Dillion Sneed threw his name in the hat for Director of Operations
on Twitter a few days ago.

No reason to think these positions wouldn't also attract some good candidates. Although I am sure Shay has some people in mind.

Dillion loves ETSU. No idea about his qualifications for such a job but it would be great to see he back around the program.

He sure does. He's been loyal to the Bucs all along, and apparently is a respected coach - by his players, at least. (And got plenty good playing in Europe, too, for those not hep to his videos.) As we know, "Director of Operations" is the bottom rung on the way to a 'real' D1 coaching job. Apparently he's decided he's very serious about going down that path.

He is an Associate head coach at an SEC school making he is probably making 400K.
would be a good get and another person with Witchita State ties but I would be really surprised if he came. assistant at ETSU is a step down in every way. I could see him as having been in the mix for the Head Coaching job, not as an assistant.

They were together at UW-Milwaukee under Pearl, he was also with Pearl at Aurburn. Went to be an assistant to his brother in a Canadian Pro League.

I'll throw a name out there, Kyle Smithpeters.

Is Shay still running a one man show at this point? What about Sanders saying Shay had all his assistant coaches lined up. Something just doesn't seem right.

I heard Shay was making 90k as an assistant.

Are people actually looking for a reason to worry/b%tch? let them dot the i and cross the t's. Battle was currently out of job, he was easy to hire, other coaches might be moving jobs and waiting to announce.
