My wife loves Facebook but she knows Prog filth propaganda and just ignores it. We know a lot of those people that are stupid enough to believe it and insert it in their page. We just ignore their political views. Actually, we do them a service because they like Biden are dumb as a rock, dumber really. One husband can't even read at a high school level. The wife used to work for the VA and was able to garner her son and husband disability status as veterans. I doubt it very much that they actually deserve it but I couldn't care less if they do. The funny part is that during Oblunder's terms they were crying a storm about taxes, yet continue to be good Democraps, go figure.

All those MSM idiots in Facebook and Twitter, think that they can change the minds of conservatives with their propaganda when we know that's all it is. Demons on the other hand believe it and that is something you won't be able to change. It's like all those good Catholics, we call them "Persinados" (those who make the sign of the cross) all holy and pure but still vote for the party that condones and actually pushes to kill babies, with good sounding organizations like Planned Parenthood and Homosexuality, two sins mentioned in the Bible, something most don't even read or understand but follow along because their priest tell them to, you know like the Democratic party. I'm sorry if I offend but it's mind boggling how people can claim to be something and yet condone sinful actions that I mentioned. Duh.

Okay, let the criticism start, I'm ready.

The days of old YouTube were the best.

Hard to compete with them with Google owning them as well as being so well known but it would be cool if an entrepreneur and a bunch of coders got together to create a knockoff platform that doesn’t scope every video and comment and take them down if it goes against their agenda. Only thing I don’t want to see on there is the obvious lol. No need to watch videos of people dying and XXX content. There are other platforms out there to view those things if one is really interested.

Let people make their own decisions about a video/comment.

The rank and file largely aren't. The old school dems aren't. The problem with all that is that neither of those groups appear to understand that by supporting the ever increasing numbers of hard core leftists who have co-opted the dem party they are tacitly endorsing left leaning Marxism, socialism, communism, etc, you can insert your own ism, by blindly voting democrat.

They aren't "supporting" that group of progressives at all, they went out of their way to destroy the Bernie movement and then attempt to co-opt a little of the language to try to keep as many of them in the fold as possible. Corporate bailouts are socialist. Socialism is government control of the means of production. With every corporate bailout, the government gets more control over the means of production. Corporate socialists are perhaps more the fascist version of socialism than pure socialists, but that's because they want to keep at least nominal private ownership. The auto bailouts were pretty much socialist. The bank bailouts and Obamacare more fascist. But they were all pretty much some form of socialism.

He's signing off on every one of these. Trump throughout this process will say the right thing and then behind closed doors these corporate ghouls he has around him walk back every economic populist solution he offers and instead pushing idiotic things like a payroll tax cut, which does absolutely zero for people who have already lost their jobs.

YouTube has become the digital library of Alexandria. I constantly download informational stuff you just can't find that's readily on YouTube. You can find master shop keepers who will let you peer over their shoulder as they work a lathe. You can find master mechanics show you the no-bull way to do some quick work on your car. And on and on and on and on.

Here's the nasty problem with coming up with a replacement or a competitor to YouTube: $$$$$$$$.

Bandwidth is expensive. When you get to the high end it gets nightmarish in cost. YouTube was blowing through $1,000,000/mo in bandwidth costs alone before Google bought them. YouTube was NEVER profitable in its pre-Google ownership days. Not once. Bled money hand over fist in bandwidth and server bills. It may still not be profitable within Google to this day.
