Southern Miss adds three Top 40 Jucu Bball players
This is per JucoRecruiting.com's rankings.

13- Johnson

16- Pinckney

37- Hardy

This year's recruiting class will basically be our new starting lineup, with our bst returning players being the 2 deep. We are trying not to pull the conference down in basketball :)

if you say so...not seeing where Pinckney committed and still believe only a few hundo shows at the mausoleum/death knell 'affectionately' known as the Yurt...

not seeing Pinckney's choice.....if it was Ed's kid, I might become interested....

Super pickups by USM. Pinckney and Hardy are very athletic with Pinckney in the super athletic category. Johnson isn’t a stiff by any means but not as athletic as those two. But he’s very well rounded with good size for what he brings as a do it all. I watched only 2 minutes of the 5 minute video I found on Pinckney and was very impressed with him.

Those 3 alone are hella class for y’all. Good work.

RE: Southern Miss adds three Top 40 Jucu Bball players
still no Pinckney.....

https://www.wdam.com/2020/04/30/usm-mens...ing-class/

Quote:HATTIESBURG, Miss. (WDAM) - The University of Southern Mississippi men’s basketball program added a highly-regarded junior-college transfer to 2020-21 signing class.

USM coach Jay Ladner announced earlier this week that guard Justin Johnson of South Georgia Technical College had signed a national letter-of-intent.

“Justin is an exciting 6-foot-7 guard who can play multiple positions, particularly the (point guard) and )shooting guard),” Ladner said in a release. “He’s a gifted player who can handle, score and pass.

"He will immediately impact our winning; a real high-level signee for us. He makes a really good class for us even stronger. We’re very, very excited to have Justin Johnson in the black and gold.”

Johnson is the second junior-college transfer in the Golden Eagles’ six-man class, joining Pearl River Community College guard Tae Hardy.

USM also signed high school seniors Javarzia Belton (Calhoun Falls, S.C.), Mark Jaakson (Tallinn, Estonia), Jaron Pierre (New Orleans, La.) and Blake Roberts (Hattiesburg).

the bold is easily the most critical need for southern miss going into '20-'21

Stink, Ladner tweeted it out. He can't do that unless he is signed. He is now in the fold. Ladner and co have put together a very nice signing class.
