Added a DL from Jackson State. That's the school where Deion Sanders has been picking up plenty of P5 transfers

RE: 2021 Football Recruiting
a little off topic, but I have seen WMU, Toledo and BG (may be others) will allow full capacity at their stadiums this fall

Dozens of fans in BG are very happy to hear this.

(I know—stones, glass houses etc. Couldn’t resist, though.)

It is reported that WMU will receive the largest donation ever given to a public university. It is to be $550M to be received over a ten year period. Biggest part to go to the new medical school but $50M to the Bronco Club.

Picked up a WR transfer from NCCU, Devontez Walker, has 4 years. Nice 6'3'' frame, According to 247 sports, had offers from ECU, Liberty and WVU

https://nccueaglepride.com/sports/footba...alker/7126

Seems to be a lot of WR, last I checked they were down to 13 OL, hopefully they have room for a few more there

WMU already has some of the best facilities in the MAC this will only widen the gap.

I really hope they can bring in a few more OL. It looks like down to 13 from I believe 18 last year. They are locked and loaded at WR,RB and QB, but the Oline makes it click.

Agree need more OL, this Transfer Portal must be a nightmare for the coaching staffs. Going to be interesting to watch the blame game when the players that gave up their scholarships throughout the country are left with no place to go.

An option I can see right now is cross training DL, not ideal though. I know they got a few DL transfers recently this month, but they are both around 260. I am hopeful Julian Sams can find a way back to Kent, he is still in the portal after a few months.

Looked at the roster and didn't see the Dublin Coffman kid, looks like the Flashes picked up a new kicker Wilson Yee. Previously committed to Air Force:

Also added a WR from Wisconsin, a grad student with 3 years of eligibility remaining.

Not sure how I missed this, but we got a RB transfer from UVA. Shows on our roster as a redshirt freshman, but played 3 seasons there and already graduated, so not sure how much eligibility he has.

I saw he participated in spring ball and the KSU link takes you to his individual page, he’s #22, but when you click on the roster there’s 2 other #22s but not him. Confused.

So he shows up and for what ever reason leaves after Spring Ball, does this mean he counts against the 25 scholarships Class of 2021?

RE: 2021 Football Recruiting
It’s odd he’s on the 2020 roster when he didn’t arrive on campus until 2021. He has an individual page on the page but then isn’t on the 2021 roster despite knowing he participated in spring ball.
