Former 4 star recruit, Connor Neville, has transferred to NIU from EMCC. He started off at Washington State before transferring to East Mississippi Community College. You may recall EMCC from Last Chance U. Hopefully he isn't a sh*t head like a lot of those dudes were.

Not trying to diminish some guy I have never seen play, but it’s odd 247 had him ranked as a 2 star prospect. Rivals a 3 star. Espn a 4 star.

His 247 rating of 0.87 out of hs would make him the highest rated recruit we've ever had according to 247, and is higher than Bowers' rating was as well.

Not everyone that was on that show was a total jag. Watch this interview, he seems like a great kid. I will say, the death of how mentor plus the fact that he wasn't starting probably influenced his transfer decision.

That’s his 247 composite rating. Their composite rating takes every other system into account and averages it. The 247 rating was a 79. That’s 2 star.
