I think any player transferring from a higher CV area to a lower CV area now stands a chance at a waiver. (Colder to a warmer climate should be sufficient explanation) This would clear Williams and very possibly Nolley.

NCAA has set precedant.

The player can now just list that as their #1 contributing factor. If the NCAA refuses and that players catches CV they are now wide open for a lawsuit.

Looks like Chandler Lawson is now free to return here and be immediately eligible as well.
