I am particularly happy for Chris Claybrooks. I met him his first year here and all he wanted was a chance to show what he could do. He had incredible confidence in himself and is a very engaging and sweet guy. Way to go, Chris! Always a Tiger! And now a Jaguar!

at least he would have cut down on the false start penalties his replacement had.

I'm not going to go through and add them up but Louisiana-Lafayette seems to have had the most from the non-name schools.

The only conferences to average more than three picks per school were the SEC and Big Ten.

Bad timing for the XFL to fold. Seems like alot of good talent didn't find homes

Even if it hadn't folded some of those players were likely to get roster spots ahead of college players. It stinks for the players that the AAF folded last year and now the XFL. There is a lot of good talent every year that doesn't get to continue.

Eh, I disagree.

After seeing the on-field product of both of those leagues, I think it's fair to say there isn't enough talent for another pro football league.

So far no one. Out of them all I thought for sure Huff would get an UDFA contract. I liked Taylor as a college RB but never thought he had the lateral quickness for the NFL, mostly a straight ahead runner. But I’m no NFL scout.

P. Taylor (RB), Huff (LB), Dill (OL)
Hopefully other Tigers will be added to FA rosters in coming days.

Jags drafted 4 defensive backs. Claybrooks was their last pick. He's got his work cut out for him. He is a good return guy though, so he's got that going for him.

I respect what Belichick has done in the past, but I think we're seeing the beginning of the end. Last year their offensive game was anemic. They did have an awesome D though. If it wasn't for Brady and over-achieving Edelman, they would have been terrible. Now Brady is gone. Edelman can't keep it up. And they've had big turnover on D.

BB goes out and drafts S, LB, LB with their first 3 picks. Totally ignores their lack of offensive playmakers. Then he goes TE, TE, K with the next 3 picks. He wraps it up with three OL and a LB in his last 4 picks.

No playmakers. No qb. But he got a K to replace Gotti. At least Woodard got drafted. I had hoped he would but was concerned since his name was not on any of the big boards.

Goodbye, Pats. It was a nice run.

They're going after Lawrence.

Atlanta Falcons signed some guy off an XFL roster about a month ago. Don't remember who, but I would think there have been several signed from the XFL to NFL rosters.

Whatever. When I looked at the UDFA signings none of the undrafted Tigers were on there. That changes fast.

My opinion of players is an opinion. As your opinion is yours. Doesn't make it wrong.

Feel free to continue to be the opinion police on a sports forum/message board. That will take you far in life.
