Commit #2 for '21 Class
Central Michigan received its second verbal commitment for the 2021 recruiting class.

One possibility is QB Jalin Pitchford (6-0, 205) of Wyandotte (Mich.) Roosevelt High School. The Chippewas were his first scholarship offer on Jan. 25, 2019. Since then Pitchford has received 12 more offers, including Buffalo, BGSU, EMU and Miami. Considering QB Brendan Sullivan of Davison (Mich.) High School just announced his commitment to Northwestern earlier this week, Pitchford could be the next QB on CMU's list.

Stay tuned!

RE: Commit #2 for '21 Class
Offensive lineman Trevor Jones (6-4, 265) of Ypsilanti (Mich.) Lincoln High School announced his commitment to Central Michigan this afternoon, via Twitter.

Jones, who projects as an interior offensive lineman, was offered a scholarship by the Chippewas Feb. 22. Jones reports no other offers.

I saw another report that he is 6-3 and 225?

Definitely like the numbers of 6-4 260 better for an incoming OG if those are correct. Would rather see him have to put on 25-30 pounds vs 70.
