Over at Tomahawk Nation: After the excitement of FSU beating UL in basketball for the second time this past season, I proposed giving the FSU vs UL game a rivalry name. Sure, some don’t (yet) consider it a rivalry, but another marquee game that has the casual fan tuning in would be good for both schools and the conference. I can’t take credit for this one, but thought this was borderline genius and fits appropriately considering FSU and UL go back a ways, even before the Metro days FSU and UL has played football on several occasions with none other than Lee Corso having a career day in one of those games. So I propose henceforth that the UL vs FSU game be known as “The Revivalry”.

Any other fresh rivalry names?
Not bad. Do you think you need to expand it to "Metro Revivalry" so younger fans will understand the reference? Will the name "Revivalry" prompt fans to tailgate in large, white tents?
