Why is it always either “two or three more weeks“

I have noticed ever since early March, it has been “just wait two weeks!” or we need three more weeks of lockdown. Madcow is pushing a NYT article that the world will end again in three weeks since people are actually going back to real life.

What is the new Coronabro narrative now? A few weeks ago anytime anyone posted something positive it was always “We’re two weeks behind Italy, just wait!!1”

I was thinking about that this week. Are we, in a way, weakening our immune system staying indoor and not having human interaction?

It appears they are easy to coerce and control. 03-lmfao

They need to stay inside. I'm for it.

CNN/MSNBC Bingo.

You will hear at least 1 of these 24 phrases every single damn minute of the day:

1) Two more weeks.
2) Spiking.
3) Second wave.
4) Follow the data.
5) Not enough testing.
6) More ventilators.
7) More masks.
8) Doctor Fauci.
9) Too early to tell.
10) Flatten the curve.
11) Follow the science.
12) Data is not clear enough yet.
13) Cannot be too safe.
14) Hot spots.
15) More contact tracing.
16) The potential surge.
17) Extend stay-at-home orders.
18) In these challenging times.
19) Lives are at stake here.
20) Testing shortages.
21) Until there's enough scientific data.
22) Dangerous behavior.
23) Listen to the experts.
24) Invisible enemy.

The longer we remain shut down, the more likely we experience an economic collapse which increases the odds that Trump loses.

It’s really that simple.

Like a wise man said, it's obvious that with more people out and about there will be more cases as there will be more car accidents, violence, robberies, etc. It's logical that if people were locked up in their houses there was little threat of those things mentioned occurring.

it's so simple....

people are going to die...happens every fk'n day....deal with it!!!

what won't be recorded in any metric of accuracy is 'actual cause of death', or the residual negative impact due to extended isolation...anything relative to the former is/will become $$$/agenda driven.....the latter can only become more op-ed hyper-bs (also agenda related due to 'blame') to ad nauseam....

hence, #agendaConstant

the elderly and high at-risk don't have long to begin with....therefore, stay away, keep away, or enter 'at risk'.... @nochoice

the overtly obese and immunodeficient also become the subset within that category....the extremely fat fks don't do anything to begin with, and the immunodeficient have been dealing with 'bullets' their entire existence....focus on those core groups until............>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>

everyone else??????????????????????!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

pick your poison in the jungle, but don't squash mine or destroy the greatest economy along the way....

No one believes more firmly than Comrade Napoleon that all animals are equal. He would be only too happy to let you make your decisions for yourselves. But sometimes you might make the wrong decisions, comrades, and then where should we be?
