Interesting stat on NY vs Rest of country re CV19
From the worldometer site data

NY state has roughly 50% of those tested, confirmed to have CV19

Most of the rest states are roughly 10% of those tested, confirmed to have CV19 and that's not collective but each state.

Edit... changed to most states are roughly 10%

Has anyone even investigated what the hell worldometer is and if it has any validity? CDC has way different stats and it isn't even close.

Worldometer is basically like the wikipedia of stats.

Here's a cool page they run on just basic stats.

https://www.worldometers.info/

According to their about page,

Worldometer is run by an international team of developers, researchers, and volunteers with the goal of making world statistics available in a thought-provoking and time relevant format to a wide audience around the world. It is published by a small and independent digital media company based in the United States. We have no political, governmental, or corporate affiliation.

The WM page is similar to the Johns Hopkins page on covid-19. I'd trust both of their numbers over the CDC to be honest.

BTW, China has 'revised' its death totals from Wuhan, bumping its death total up 50 percent in that region (1290 more deaths - they might have missed a zero or several zeroes).

Their official explanation - the new death total now includes people who died at home or were missed by "overloaded" hospitals during early chaos.'

Pro-Tip:

Don’t trust anything the chinese communists tell you.

That one province (state), Hubei, has about 20% of the entire US population, you think they’ve got 1300 +- deaths?

Yes, add some zeros there, I’d guess at least 3 of them.

They lie about everything, it’s what good commies do.
