Getting back to track
I was looking again at the recruits to our men's track program this season. Behnke did a good job.

"Four time Arkansas champion"
"Ranked in the top 100 nationally"
"Ranking 22nd nationally"
"We will be competitive in all 21 track and field events"
"Captured 400 meter title at Arkansas Meet of Champions"
"2018 and 2019 Arkansas 6A State Champion"

When we start hauling in state champs routinely, things will be looking up. We are headed in the right direction.

RE: Getting back to track
From my own experience, 400 meter runners are "tweeners:" not quite sprinters and not quite middle distance. Very good men to have on relays. If we got THE best 400 meter man in the state, we got something worth having.
