Thankfully, ground was broken on the Chippewa Champions Center last year, otherwise it might never have gotten off the ground.

Have to agree BW. Timing is everything. If they were trying to this going in 2020 it would have been difficult to start and get the financing in place.

CMU was fortunate to have construction in process before the shut down took place.
