College Football Quarantine House Game
Note the word GAME.

If you actually still use Facebook you may have seen some of these. Pick one house/group of people to get stuck with. In addition, a rumor is MLB is going to have every team play the season at their spring training sites and the season instead of being aligned NL/AL will be Grapefruit/Cactus.

So for the 2020 season only two FBS conferences are allowed to play, one P5 and one G5. The only non conference games allowed are games between the two conferences. Teams would be quarantined in several sites. You choose which pair of conferences will be the ones playing and you must choose one pair that I matched together, you can't mix and match (they were paired geographically and in my opinion by strength so the strongest and weakest were together otherwise everyone likely picks the SEC and AAC).

1) Big Ten and MAC

2) ACC and C-USA

3) SEC and Sun Belt

4) Big 12 and AAC

5) Pac 12 and MWC

Independents:

Notre Dame obviously goes with the ACC/C-USA group. They can play all of their ACC games but that's it.

BYU goes into Pac 12/MWC so they can play Utah. They actually get to play six games then, Utah, Arizona State, Utah State, Boise State, San Diego State, and Stanford!

Army goes into the Big 12/AAC group so they can play Navy. They also get to play Oklahoma and Tulane. They might have more games in another group but Army's irreplacable.

New Mexico State also goes into the Pac 12/MWC so they can play New Mexico. They get four games. In addition to New Mexico they also get UCLA, Hawaii, and Fresno State.

Liberty goes into the ACC/C-USA group. They play three ACC teams (Virginia Tech, Syracuse, NC State) and three C-USA teams (Western Kentucky, Florida International, Southern Miss)

UConn also goes into the ACC/C-USA group. They play two ACC teams (Virginia, North Carolina) and two C-USA teams (Old Dominion and Middle Tennesseee). Now that Liberty is in the same group, UConn and Liberty's game is now on giving UConn a fifth game and Liberty a seventh game!

As for Liberty, if you put all the independents where they are, you're left with this!
ACC/C-USA: UConn, FIU, Liberty
SEC/Sun Belt: Troy, Appalachian State, Auburn
Pac 12/MWC: New Mexico, New Mexico State
Big 12/AAC: Temple, Army
Big Ten/MAC: Akron

I'll just do ACC just to put them with UConn. In real life if they had to pick a group they might consider SEC/Sun Belt if it involves a big payout going to Auburn but no one's likely attending these games so no big payouts.

So including independents:

1) Big Ten/MAC
2) ACC/C-USA/ND/UConn/UMass/Lib
3) SEC/Sun Belt
4) Big 12/AAC/Army
5) Pac 12/MWC/BYU/NMSt

You probably mean: Army goes into the Big 12/AAC group so they can play Navy. They also get to play SMU and Tulane. They might have more games in another group but Army's irreplacable.

Actually for 2020 it's Oklahoma and Tulane. They don't play SMU. But thank you for catching the obvious typo.
