TCU and Michigan State claiming top 12 spots over Notre Dame, USC, Florida, Michigan, & Penn State.

BXII traded the #25 program for the #12 program of the 2010s. Meanwhile, Colorado/Nebraska weren't even top 50 programs of the decade.
