My question is why wasnt the person who put the ankle bracelet on him made to quarantine for 14 days? When the police went to view the video at the store, why wasnt every person with in 5 ft made to quarantine for 14 days?

Why are doctors, nurses, and other people that are in contact with someone that test positive. Made to quarantine for 14 days?

How about the police that took him in front of a judge made to quarantine for 14 days?

Those are just some of the question that will need to be answered before the city of Louisville and the state of Kentucky writes a huge check by the time this is over. You dont take away a person's liberty in this country on a maybe...

A test would have made 100% sure if he had the virus or not. With the virus being able to stay in the air for up to 180 minutes. If he been in contact with a coronavirus patient. So has a lot of people.
