I believe we play at Charlotte and Campbell next season as well. Probably haven't set a dates yet. Pretty challenging schedule he's putting together.

I am sure we will have one person around here that will cry for Claflin to be included on the schedule! 03-wink

Wake Forest and Ole Miss are the type of P5 schools where we have a chance to steal a W while making some bank. A win over either one will look good. We're going to have to have another big man to do it though. If Steere could get a wiaver and play immediately, it would make a huge difference for this team next year.

That's a lot of name/local interest road games

Sure beats playing in the middle of no where against teams that by and large draw apathy

Claflin would fit in nicley that weekend between the Wake and ECU road games. Couldnt think of a better home opener. Free Claflin will really get the turnout up!

It's been forever since we've hosted a tournament at Trask. That's big news.

Hopefully we'll be back to some level of normalcy well before college basketball season.

RE: Men's Hoops 2020 non-conference schedule
Wake Forest declined to fire Danny Manning, taking advantage of everyone being distracted by the Coronavirus Pandemic. He has a huge buyout, which the previous AD gave him after his one good year. Manning had a good recruiting year 2 years ago, but many of those players have entered the transfer portal or have left already.

Despite all that, a victory over Wake would grab some attention for the Seahawks. There are many empty seats at Wake Forest home games. The Alumni Association and University need to sponsor receptions before the game and escort the Seahawk alums into the LJVM.
